Bridge Interiors Health & Safety Policy surpasses all requirements. Our in-house team carries out regular checks and Health & Safety audits are carried out on every job.
To process building control, with full planning approval we employ our approved inspector. By employing an inspector, the time line of planning is reduced dramatically. The inspector issues a report of compliance, notifies the local authority of works and consults with the fire service to achieve all control requirements. A minimum of two visits are made to inspect the progress of works. On completion of works approval, certification is issued.
If you need assistance with dilapidation, Bridge Interiors is happy to assist as part of the project. Please ask for further details.
